Return Policy
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

30-day withdrawal window — customers have 30 days to notify us of a return or cancellation.

Return shipping responsibility — unless otherwise agreed with us, the return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refund Policy
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded by your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.

Refund timing — God willing, you can expect to receive the refund in 1-4 days, except for payments completed by check, in which case we will need to communicate and find with you the most convenient way to offer you the refund.
